Mobility scooter with vehicle rack

Celebrity X mobility scooter. Good condition works but needs new batteries. Comes with a metal rack I made that was used to hold a portable oxygen concentrator.

Vehicle rack with electric lift. Attaches using 2 inch receiver and is powered by 12v supplied from vehicle. Also in good condition.

I can help you connect power for the lift if needed. It can be made to work with a trailer plug but will probably blow fuses. Best option is to wire it to the battery with its own fuse.
