Vtg 70's Green Glass Round Pedestal Bowl/Vase Scalloped top w/ handles

This bowl first purchased in the early 1970's measures about 6" across the top, each handle comes out one inch on the side, the bowl is 3" high. The scalloped edge is decorated with a ribbon like effect with a rose on each scallop. There are no chips or cracks, but there are flecks of color missing on the lower part of one side of the bow and on the top edge in two places. From a non-smoking home; no pets in the house.
