Homemade Rhubarb Jam (ONLY 1 LEFT)

Does this even need an explanation? It's rhubarb jam, it's tart, its sweet, there's cuncks of rhubarb, it's amazing! So get yourself some!! :D I have a limited supply so get it while you can.
