The Remington Model 700 was a series of bolt-action centerfire rifles manufactured by Remington Arms since 1962. The Remington Model 700 action produced rifles that are finely tuned tack-drivers.
You can tell by the condition of the jeweled bolt this rifle does not have many rounds fired through the bore. I would estimate less than 40 rounds have been fired through the bore. This rifle has a 3-round magazine with a hinged floorplate making for easy loading and unloading. The barrel has been custom threaded for use with a suppressor. The bore and rifling are shiny and bright. There is no erosion in the bore so I would rate the rifling as in excellent condition. The overall rifle is in excellent condition, I estimate the rifle with an overall condition grade of 95% +.
The factory Remington stock has been replaced with an HS Precision stock. The HS Precision stock is reinforced with aramid fibers and features a contoured beavertail for-end with ambidextrous finger grooves and palm swell. The stock features a Full-Length Aluminum Bedding Block that creates an accuracy-enhancing platform for the barreled action. There is one flaw on the stock at the front swivel stud where the forward stud (of two original swivel studs installed) is missing and the hole has been covered which is why the rifle is rated at 95%. (See picture # 4)
The rifle has had a Trigger Tech trigger installed replacing the factory Remington X-Mark Trigger. The Trigger Tech is fully adjustable to a pull of between 1.5 to 4 lbs. of trigger pull. The trigger-pull on this rifle is currently set at 1.8 lbs.

The pictures shown are not of the best quality so I can share additional photos for any interested parties. I shared one photo of three rounds to show how well this rifle can shoot as configured. I shot the first two (upper left) made a scope 1/2" adjustment which is the the third round just to the right of the first two rounds.
